It wasn't value for money but for a London hotel this was the best we could afford. We expected the room and facilities to be cleaner than what we got. That's just our experience in other Ibis across Europe and Australia.

Central location, having a bath tub, helpful staff. Parking tight and having to pay for parking is a weakness

Good location and access to the shinjuku station but however not so suitable for young children.

Good location. Room is quite large and clean.

Locations is amazing, surrounded by incredible bakeries and restaurants, room met all our needs.
