Accidentally booked a room which didn't have a view (no day light) but one of the managers was so nice and moved me to a different one- thank you so much for that! So- I had a great stay!

we enjoyed our stay until I got call on my way home saying they are going to charge us $180 for plug behind tv good luck with that I will be fighting that in court if I have to they need to have a good look at their house keepers that tv was in perfect wo

Stayed there for two nights ... Location is good ... Close to tube abd hyde park. Enjoyed evening stroll in the park. Dont mind going back to this place again. G

Convenient location

Old building with many stairs going up and down on each floor. Very inconvenient for visitors with lugguage. Narrow corridor and small room. Unfriendly staff at check in desk at night time. The only thing that is good is the airport car transport service.
