Location, atmosphere, friendly staff

This hotel is convenient and clean. Do go early as the hotel's parking is limited, you can however get parking a bit closer to the hotel but at a higher rate.

One-night weekend stay, big room, huge bed and staff were great. Rooms starting to look a bit shabby and in need of some TLC

will stay again next.

Location in beautiful surroundings, close to underground and friendly staff

To view the Gion floats, it was a great location, just a few blocks away. We view them during day, night and during the parade very easy access to the hotel.
