The staff, layout and location

The hotel is ok located about 5 min walk from metro stop. A large supermarket and restaurants are close. The hotel condition is very poor: dirty floors all over, the stairs slippery with old filthy floor, water leaking from roof window, the staff unfriend

The reception area looks nice, clean. The reception staff was ok. My room was in another building. The access door with card reader was JUST for show and ANYONE could enter that building! When I opened the room the smell of mold made my eyes burn. The bat

Clean room, walking distance (15 mins) from transportation, close to 24-hour convenience stores.

Some of beds had lumpy bits poss springs you could feel some areas tired. Breakfast staff seamed to be multitasking at times no one to ask had to go to reception to ask for an egg to be fried for us were told on arrival children would be 2.50 each us 5
