Room was clean but very dated. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom. The room was very hot, with only a small opening window, so the fan provided was essential. As there are no facilities, or even a garden, I would not have wanted to pay the full room rate. Ver

Very young staff in restaurant would benefit from some form of supervisor to ensure excellent customer service at breakfast. Sweet enough just lacked experience and confidence. Exceptionally clean bedrooms and bathrooms - well done.

The air coniditioning was broken down when I arrived, the air system is completely a disaster, the room has no air and very hot. The staff who tried to fix the air con was not being helpful, and wasn't willing to help switch room until I spoke to the

Lovely quiet room. Nice views. Fantastic for location right by museums, station, shops, theatres. Gym and swim option for £4 good value. It was worth £48. I will stay again .
