2. The facilities in the hotel is not enough. For example, the room does not have Refrigerator. Most of the facilities inside the room are very old and you can't feel what does the "Garden" mean

Wasn't expecting a four poster bed it was fab. character of the old part of the building we stayed was lovely. very clean and comfortable would highly recommend
Near hyde Park and Tube Station. Rooms very small sometimes it was not possible to open the suitcase in the room. Daily cleaned but not the corners. The bathroom vera small. Breakfast toast and jam.
