The staff all endeavoured to provide great service, the high speed internet and the shuttle into town

Rooms are small but comfortable. Arrived early but one of the staff were not friendly to help us. Beside that 1 particular staff, the rest of the staffs were really polite and helpful. Coffee lovers, please bring along own coffee supply as they only suppl

Convenient location one stop away from Shin-Osaka station, and one minute walk away from the nearest train station. Room seems to be a little old, with the occasional smoke smell (even for my non-smoking room) when our neighbour smokes.
