No complaints and everything you'd expect from a quality hotel. It's a 10 minute walk into the centre of town though, so it can be a bit of a mission when the wind and rain are threatening to ruin your day (as is often the case in the UK)!

Located near to Namba Station, along the shopping street is so convenient. Staff attend everyone with kind smile and polite service, while room is clean and bed is comfortable, they definitely worth more than a 3-star hotel.
