Good front desk staff. Room is spacious.

Fantastic modern hotel within minutes of Kyoto station. Only stayed one night but was probably the best hotel of our trip. Just FYI you will not be allowed in the hot spring if you have visible tattoos, but this is the norm in Japan so no surprise.

Very poor. We requested a quite room ansd they gave us an adjoining room with just a dividing door. The people were arguing and we could hear every word. then we asked to be moved and we were put in a room with single beds rather than double and we had se

One night en-route stay. Excellent service from reception staff, ok room, unfortunately no wifi due to megastorms the night before, glad we missed those.
