the staff is cold but ok. u can find everything nearby. room is small but clean. the elevator is breakdown when i live.

Nice and clean room and very well located.

Overall excellent hotel with services and everything, but honestly when I made this reservation I thought that the hotel would be very close to JR osaka station while actually it's not.

It is a good hotel of its type as long as you know where the Bastille area is in relation to where you want to explore. It has a nice back garden which I used. It has a few extras like room kettle.

The buildings and grounds were nicely kept,very spacious studio room. It had everything we needed,liked the big bath! The spa was a very nice addition with sauna and jacuzzi.

The hotel is nice and clean, located next to subway, easy to travel to Osaka, Namba etc. from this hotel.
