Pleasant receptionist, price (I got this on a late availability) & location.

Staff should lift their game, location was ok, but it is bit of a walk into town. cleanliness was ok, breakfast was again ok. The biggest problem is carparking, the staff seem to have no idea on the capacity of the carparking voucher system and just cram

The gymnasium is poor quality for the type of hotel. It could hardly be called a gym. Equipment was from the 1980s at best

It is too short to make a one night stop here. Beautiful big rooms, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. No chance to check out their pool and spa. Should have a longer stay.
