    They advertise that check-in times are at 2pm. Arrived just before 4pm and had to wait because there were no rooms that were available. There were stains on the pillowcase I asked to get it changed came back half hour later with clean case. Very rude When

    This is the second time I have stayed here and once again the hotel lived up to expectations, quiet, comfortable and near the centre of Nelson which meant walking into town for the evening took only a few minutes. Will stay there agin next time I'm up
