A great hotel,but with a very bad cleaning service, we have stayed for 5 nights, but the cleaning service didnt seem doing their job, didnt clean up the kitchen, bedroom and rubbish, the apartement itself is pretty good
Check in to this hotel with clear understanding on hotel policy to have security deposit but the staff was not professional. I am tired already after 6hrs driving and could not tolerate such non sense statement from hotel staff.
Perfect room for me and my boyfriend. Perfect location, loved the parking facility & great idea to have a shuttle. Staff were very helpful and the room was always so clean. I would defenitly stay there again!
If you want to have a better view, ask for level 3 to 5.. We were given level 1 so we got the chance to play outside with the kids.
The bed are super comfortable and the housekeeping guys will come and clean up the room.. But please beware for guest who
