Service, new and clean, room includes mini pantry

Local customers thought noisy babies were in my room. I was shocked how local customers banged other room's door without calling front desk.

Great view, great facilities and very good spa.

Had a lovely stay with my older parents. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Loved the location as well

Location a bit far from train station we struggled with cases. Reception very friendly , room nice and clean. Main bad thing was lumpy bed and uncomfortable pillows

The twin room is very small and don't have enough space to put the luggage. The location is good just few minute walk to JR Toyama station. Staffs are friendly.
