Was lovely traditional Room was like going back in time .....breakfast was Fair not anything special but fresh cooked to order .... had a dress code for different dining ...cant remember seeing this when i booked , we only had jeans with us as it was Birt

Staff manning reception could improve on their PR. We do not feel welcome at all - staff could actually do with a smile and say " Have a pleasant stay" or something. We were just handed keys and told where the lift was. Also lift broke down for
