My wife and I stayed there 22nd of Dec which happened to be our wedding anniversary. The customer service we received was superb, we were upgraded to an executive room and given free breakfast. The reception staff helped us to book into one of Belfast'

Bed Cleanliness Comfortable temperature

Staff could communicate with English. Could direct send luggage in/out to another side of Alpine route. Strange room design while the sink just next to the desk inside the room. Need to use tap carefully. Onsen is nice.

My stay at the Hotel Nikko Kanazawa was great value for money. I had a very clean, non smoking room on the 25th floor with an incredible view of Kanazawa. The location is so close to the train station, if you are arriving by train its only a 2 minute walk
