Came for a wedding close by and had booked on line. Booked executive room as has little boy so needed room. Size of room was impressive when we managed to find it through the maze of corridors (nobody was available to take us to the room). Staff very good

Very comfortable bed. Great Sky selection. Shower was pretty poor pressure. Buffet breakfast disappointing with stale breads, terrible coffee, burnt bacon and watery scrambled eggs. Great location though.

water supply problem. wifi usage only 1 hour!

Central clean rooms and cheap

Good location in toyko. Easy access, good view. Staff were polite and quick response

room was a good size, room was old and had a musty smell. But overall experience was good. Just no JR lines to go in and out of the place. So had to pay a small fare. better to stay somewhere on the yamanote line if have a JR pass.

Location to center, pleasant staff and parking reasonable rates
