Decent hotel but definitely nothing to fuss about. i would rate this hotel nothing more than a 3 star.

Staff at reception were most courteous & helpful.Our stay was short but we were satisfied and will return on another occasion. Very convenient location.

Established brand, large compounds and ample parking

Only stayed for a few hours overnight, as I had to catch an early morning flight. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke decent English. Room a decent size. Cant' comment on food as I didn't eat here. Vending machines on each floor for beer etc

Service was good. We love the traditional Japanese rooms. We had good breakfasts.
