This is an average old-style city hotel with a fantastic location. The fittings are somewhate dated, stained and the room was not very clean in parts. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location is good, but the semi-double room is quite small for 2 person. Every time I needed to pass my room key to cs staff before we went out, it's quite inconvenient.

We stayed here for the night on the 10th of July. When we arrived at the hotel we realised it was being renovated but when I booked I did not realise this, if I had known I could have booked elsewhere. We were informed by staff that there was no spa or po

Staff were very helpful, room was basic, but very clean, evening meals was good and again the staff were very helpful

The hotel room is not big enough but the bed was very large. We arrived at the lobby and after check-in, we had to carry our luggage to the lifts. This also happened during checkout, no assistance was given to bring down our luggage with our baby and stro
