      the rooftop onsen is one of the best I've been to for a hotel of this type. the beds were quite hard though. bathroom was not pre-fabricated, so a bit more room in there than normal, which is nice.

      Bath not cleaned. Bit of occupant in it. When cleaned, dirty sponge left on sink. Sheet not even covering all mattress. Mattress looked discusting. Basics of hotel cleanliness. Unacceptable.
