    the reception staff was very rude and obnoxious. room card not working after midnight i have to come all the way again to reception when i was just looking forward to jump in the bed.

    The staff were very competant and friendly. The room was very clean and well decorated. I loved the robe and the slippers. The Buffet breakfast is the best I have ever had.

    The room smelled of drains, the shower was gross and the TV remote was sticky. At least the bed was OK - and the staff. Not worth the money though.
