Located in the middle of the West End and near museums, restaurants, etc.; simple when that's all you want; keenly priced

The reception looks great, but once you go beyond that this hotel is a dump. The basement is a maze of damp-smelling corridors with fire doors illegally wedged open. The threadbare rooms have nicotine yellow walls and cracked lights. Breakfast is basic -

close to the paris east station; the staff are friendly; 24 hour reception is available

We stayed in this hotel for one night and were very happy. The room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was too expensive though (15 pounds per person!) . We ate out but will return to the arbour next time we're in London

Hotel stay was overall very good. The hotel room and facilities were somewhat dated, and the room walls thin (so you could hear what's happening in the next room). But the staff and services rendered were very professional and nice.

This place was really comfortable and cosy. Worth the money!

big indoor swimming pool, helpful staff, no shops around, have to buy foods and drinks from the town, look at the map before heading to the hotel, it's not closed to the downtown!

Good Location, Bar and restaurant were good, unfortunately the maintenance in the bathroom was severely lacking.

Not suitable for bringing small children, room very small but location is close to city. Food are very easy to find with in walking distance.
