Great view of the lake and mount Fuji (on clear days). Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. Recommend to rent a car if you're gonna explore the area

Staff are nice and considerate. They allowed me to check in earlier.

Easy to get to from City Airport, good access to city centre via bus and tube, 24 hour bus runs to and from Oxford Circus from Whitechapel High Street every 8/9 minutes every day. Tower Hamlets is a very pleasant area, lots of ethnic cafes and shops, nice

Great location and car parking on site which was a bonus! Hotel was clean and had everything we needed. Only downside was the cold water wasn't particularly cold and there was no window to open, we had to open our door for some fresh air

Can see the hotel from susukino exit no. 4. If taking airport limousine bus, the bus stop is just across the street. Many eateries and shopping nearby. Walking distance to most major tourist attractions.
