The light setting is very poor. The room is very darl. The is not light for the closets.

Clean and comfortable room

The room was too small, couldn't even open my suitcase completely. The rooms pretty expensive compare to what I got in Rotorua. the service was good though.

Needed somewhere central to stay in Auckland City Centre that had decent tourist access and proximity to bars & restaurants. It did tick those boxes...hotels in Auckland are not the best value for money generally and this more Serviced Apartment conce

We have many pieces of luggage, but the hotel doesn't have any elevator. So we took luggage for 6 floors.

Handy for the airport. Nice village if you have time to walk around. Very helpful staff. Bar meals were larger servings than we were used to.
