Clearly past its glory days, but nice sized rooms and a decent location within walking distance of Marble Arch tube station. Suits me better than the super cheap, modern boxes of the newer budget hotels

I left my new jacket in the room and calling up a few hours later nothing was handed in but when I spoke with the manager the next day she remembered me and made sure to locate it (I was over the moon as from LA) Angela was great!

The view from our room is spectacular. It was facing Lake Wakatipu and St Omer Park. Very good location, 10mins walk to Queenstown proper. Very accomodating staff. They have unlimited Wi-fi for all your devices. I would highly recommend this hotel to trav

Staff couldn't do anymore to offer assistance, restaurant is very good and hotel has good facilities. Will def be back.
