This hotel is my usual stop in London. A great location; walking distance from anywhere in Central London. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms bijou but adequately appointed; everything one needs for a relaxing stay.

This place was so disappointing it reported to have disability services but what a joke. I was traveling with my elderly mum and our room was in the basement along a hallway that had cracked tiles with sticky tape. Not to mention no hot water. Don't g

Nice service.

We were supposed to get a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke and had ash trays. There was also a stain on the bed cover. The room felt and smelled really old.

Hotel is very near to Jardin du Luxembourg. Plenty of restaurants nearby, so dining not a problem. The hotel staffs very helpful and nice. Will certaines stay here again next time.
