      Not satisfied with cleanliness. The toilet has little bad smell, seems like didn't clean it up. Also the room was little dusty. Beside it, location and staff are good. But I will choose another hotel if I go Karuizawa again.

      We had a very friendly welcome and the rooms are very well equipped and spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety. Loved staying here and would recommend it for anyone.
