Older hotel, rooms unusually large for Japan. Furnishings and carpets a bit worn, but clean. Closer to beach than to train station. Suggest use taxi if coming from JR station with much luggage. McD's and large chain drugstore within easy walking dist

I think it is far from subway station (Higashi-Shinjuku) if you have to carry on the buggages to there I think it is quite terrible. But if you walk only it is ok // I choose non smoking room but I smelt smoke inside the room

It is one of the good hotels. But it cannot be a 5 star. The facilities are old. That's the only complaint I have about the hotel. Other than that, everything was fine. Airport bus stop is right across the street. The hotel coffee shop is unreason
