Staff friendliness and service particularly Sdenka. Lovely room and layout was very comfortable

A perfect location in the centre of Edinburgh. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under refurbishment. Able to use another hotel but was quite some distance away. Room was clean and staff very polite and helpful especially Igor on reception.

Agoda had the wrong information about the type of the room when I booked, but your staff helped me solve the problem so fast and efficient. So appreciate! Free dinner for us, chicken curry but the food is not hot enough and the quality is just so so. Panc
