Great room, location and ambiance

Hotel is approx 5 mins walk to the train station and good as a base to go around Osaka. Rooms are clean and slightly small, but was not a problem as we left our bags at Kyoto and had an overnight bag only.

Breakfast,Lobby and bed

Poor location, lousy food, and a very dirty room, especially the bath thub and air con. If you have time, please climb to the air con and have a look.

The best aspect is the staff and location. Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful ! Rooms satisfactory , Wifi on/off ! Uncomfortable in warm weather without airconditioning or fan . Fire alarm sensitive to cooking ! Good accomm for a short time . I may

The concierge was great. Recommended great places to visit. Also helped to book tickets. Love the location and the tube is only five minutes' walk away.

It was ok

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Near with Kanda station 8-15min for Metro subway and JR. Near cafe and convenience store. The bed room & the bath room are excellent. We have a great experience in here.
