Did not know parking had to be booked. Lack of parking facilities. No information that the is a laundry room.

This is an enormous hotel with an extremely pleasant staff. The issue for me was the level of noise as I could hear the wedding party in the courtyard.

It seems to be the largest hotel in Greymouth. However, the room is quite small & looks a little bit old.

Location, price

Place to sleep. Nothing much. Staff is following their SOP strictly.

But they seems not helpful and willing to change for us. Suggest to routine d breakfast meal/ dishes option every 3 to 4 days as we get bored for their breakfast as most customer stay for min 5 days in Osaka, if more choices will be better.
