    I checked in and tried to get settled but i found the place very spooky. It appeared that there were no guests and only 2 members of staff working in the whole place. Our room was up two sets of stairs and down spooky corridors when i finally got to the r

    Small room. Requested for a bed but gave us twin bed. Room is old. Wifi is not free of charge at the price we are paying. Advise not to book this hotel. There are many better hotels in queenstown.
