Free shuttle bus, clean and spacious rooms and friendly hotel staff. Nice baggage holding area for luggage after checkout. Hotel near 2 metro stations and airport bus pickup. CU 24 hours convenient store nearby. I will come back again.
Very nice stay in a smashing hotel. The room was lovely with a great walk in shower.
The staff were extremely pleasant and could not be more helpful.
Hotel is about 15 minutes walk to the centre of St Helier although there are regular buses from outside
From entering the building till the time we left, there was nothing short of five star service. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were well appointed and clean, and the food was fabulous.

Our window was broken, it opened only 5 cm for fresh air and the bottom was damaged causing a constant draft.
The concierge and Security manager were amazingly helpful when I needed to get ahold of the airport immediately!
