Needs to take taxi from Station if with Luggage. If walking casually, very quiet neighborhood, across Sapporo Factory Mall which is very convenient. If you are with small children or elderly, it may be inconvenient to move around. For us with big kids, it

near to saint lazare train station, close to Champs Elysee and Galaries Lafayette, comfortabledle bed.

There is a convenient store just opposite that sells most things you may need. This hotel also gives free noodles at night and free coffee available near the lobby in the morning which is a big plus before we head out each morning.

Good area and friendly, helpful staff, easy access point for many attractions in Paris.

The hotel is well located right next to The Octagon, which is the downtown Dunedin, so there are many food places within walking distance. Facilities are so far so good too. Staffs were nice and friendly.
