Ok property. Good location. Small rooms. Weak internet signal. Service is hit and miss. Hotel run by enthusiastic amateurs, no attention to details.

Our room overlooking Albert Dock which is Good! But the air-con didn't work well, so we need to suffer the hot night while the outside temperature is very comfortable!

Location, pleasant ambience, and helpful staff.

Very helpful and welcoming reception staff, also able to provide good suggestions for local dining after a late arrival meant I was too late to catch dinner at the hotel.

Price, metro is literally 10 steps away, lots of food places close by

not close to central station but still worth stay
