We stayed in a family room that was sandwiched between the lifts on one side and a service area at the back and it was very noisey. Had paid top dollar for the room due to the rugby and had 3 of the worst nights sleep. Staff efficient but not overly fri

Booked comfort twin and dbl room. dbl bed room is suitable for 2 adults only (kids under 5 is fine), suggest to book comfort twin if she/he is primary student. Hotel staff are helpful but English is fair.
