We booked the premium room which located on newly decorated floor and cafe also new decorated too! We are very enjoy of it!

Pretty good parking, but there had to be as there was very little in the area around the hotel; in general the staff were polite; rooms were of a pretty good size.

Location, accessibility and facilities

Room was too small .it was very hot with absolutely no ventilation whatsoever

The room is luxurious and bigger than most hotel rooms in Osaka or Tokyo. Service is excellent. Location is a little far from the action at Umeda but manageable with a 10-15 walk.
