      They try to assist if needed eg offer iron board as there is not one in the rooms. Quick check in and able to admit fault as the first room was not clean got shifted to another

      Beautiful hotel from every point of view, I have got noting to complian but total satisfaction. Lounge restrunt menu could be better, I mean travellers these days are pretty much sick form Australian beef and salmon to Italian pastas. We need new ideas.
