The Hotel and rooms are tired. The room we had was designated ‘Single’ but was much smaller than we expected. It was not suitable for one person let alone two. There was a double bed which was hard against one wall and the wardrobe/fridge cupboard on th

poor wifi, no air-conditioning, bad location

old world, well located, excellent gardens

Helpful staff. Perfect location. This is my second time. Would comeback again

Free shuttle bus to the airport, direct bus from tokyo staion/ ginza to hotel!
