The staff uplifts the hotel, without the staff, it cannot maintain its status. The hotel brags about having a good restaurant (3stars michelin) but unfortunately, they cannot accommodate guests without prior reservations (3 months to a year in advance).

Location, style and friendliness

Efficient and polite staff. Clean albeit smaller than expected rooms. Amazing views of Tokyo from the upper floors. Great location. The only thing I would suggest would be some complimentary tea or coffee for guests in their room. We would definitely stay
