Really disappointed with the room it was so small! The bed didn't even seem like a double. We were next to some sort of laundry facility and it was really loud with no view. We checked in late so possible got left with the worst room! Everything else

Good: Clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff 7am-10pm, good location, reliable WiFi, good fridge & coffee/tea supplies in room. Bad: bit pricey, as are most places in UK.

The breakfast is excellent as well the nice dining room. The staff impeccable as well as the food. This is the second time I have chosen this hotel, and if I have the opportunity to come back to Tokyo, definetly I will go there.

Near station Exit, with clean and comfortable room. Professional make up room service, But I think don't need re-new slippers and hair comb.

The hotel was very clean and situated just around the corner from the ferry port it has a great location. There are also lots of restaurants in the area.
