Polite staff, pickup service from the station was very useful. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant. It was a great location with accessibility to Fuji Q highland and there were great views to Mt Fuji. We loved the onsen, with the outdoor spa

Staff very helpful. Good choice of food. Not expensive at the bar.. My Only criticism was the breakfast was expensive but against the room rate still worked out cheaper the its competitors
