As stated above, the staff was not polite and weren't very helpful, the room cleaning service was terrible as there were always places that weren't cleaned or amenities that were re-supplied. Definitely a not recommend.

Good Location, got every basic things you need. But the wifi connection need to be improved, shower water is not consistently hot, and we gave up on the Continental breakfast. Anyway, everything acceptable for our short stay in London. Recommend!

Short walk to 2 subway stations. Convenient stores all nearby. 24 hours restaurant opposite hotel. Airport shuttle pickup near hotel. Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful hotel staff.

Good location and spacious room. Suitable for young people as there are no lifts to 5th floor. Wifi is only available in the lobby. Overall had a good stay. Friendly staff who allowed us to leave bags there after check- out. Thank you.
