Location, friendly staff and price

This place is close to the train station, making it easy to get into London. The room was nicely decorated and the bed comfy. A good stay.

Room was smaller than expected and location was further away than expected from Rail Station. Facilities were adequate. Breakfast was typical Japanese fare but expected due to distance away from Tokyo.

The room was awful - tub did not drain well so we had to shower in standing in ankle deep water. Problem persisted even after maintenance came to "fix" it. Hot water inconsistent, cooling system difficult to regulate, Windows dirty and dingy - w

We had an amazing one bedroom apartment on the corner with a wraparound balcony very spacious we could've lived there for several months !
