The room was quiet, The location was handy for the motorway

This standard room had an adjoining door, which let through noise from the adjoining room.

Close to public transport, good internet and had elevator.

We liked the location (facing the lake with Mt Fuji visible) and the price (cheaper than next door)

We requested an additional pillow for each person in our party - 4 persons (2 persons in 2 twin rooms). We were told only one additional pillow per room. That is not the level of helpfulness I would expect at a Citadines hotel.

Convenient only 5 minutes walk to West Brompton station. Friendly staff, rooms not too small, clean, some rooms on the higher floors have lovely London City views. Nice pub/restaurant, not too expensive.
