Was expecting a washing machine for a service apartment but there wasn't any. On the 1st day the key card was not working, had to go up n down to change. The staff could have told us in advance that they changed their lock system.. location was good,

Very expensive. Tiny bathroom with big chunk out of the bath. Corridor was like a building site with two rooms marked respiration room.

I booked this hotel only for Rainbow Bridge View.

We came back a second time to the hotel after an overnight trip. Ended up getting a larger room than before which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is very well-located, and perhaps the best value for money in Kensington.

Paid the same amount to stay at the Berkeley Street apartments, which were triple the size. It is convenient to have the airport hoppa stop here, but the room was tiny, and the bathroom was disgusting. They don't provide any amenities and every time w
