The one good thing about the hotel was the location. It's a block away from the JR train station and about 10 minutes away from the metro. Aside from this, the hotel room is quite compact. If you're not going to be spending much time in your room

Location, facilities, but most of all, the staff are so helpful and nice. If I ever return to Edinburgh, I will stay at Safestay.

The biggest complaint I have is that my room had a huge 2 person hot tub, but the tub didn't work and I wasn't informed at check-in so when I tried to use it I was disappointed to find out it didn't work other than that had a great stay
