Our window was broken, it opened only 5 cm for fresh air and the bottom was damaged causing a constant draft. The concierge and Security manager were amazingly helpful when I needed to get ahold of the airport immediately!

Room let down by lack of extra pillows and covers particularly as there was no heating in room. Not enough warning of lack of proper bar n restraint the reason why we chose that hotel was because last time we stayed the restraint was really nice fortunate

the hotel is strategically located in the city centre of manchester close to shopping centres, restaurants and the public transport the 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious would recommend to friends
