I was promised a non-smoking room; I did not receive one. I was promised an upgraded room due to some construction on the property; I did not receive this either. The view from my room was mostly of the roof.

I stayed here only a night before leave tokyo to Jakarta, over all the service just fine, not really closed to the Narita airport but they have free shuttle bus to the airport. A lot of restaurant around the hotel and easy to get to aeon mall

Well located. Easy and convenient access to train stations. Staff are always have a smile on their faces and polite. Room is big with comfortable and clean beds and sheets.

3 mins drive from the town and beside the petrol station. Entrance is too small which u may missed it. Suite is compact and just nice for couple.
