I think overall this hotel is good. I certainly wouldn't rate it excellent though. Upon arrival we had to take our bags to the room ourselves, there was no bottled water (and yes I know we can drink the water from the tap but really?) and the mini bar

Great location, short walk to everything. Comfy, roomy apartment and extremely quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed in 2 room apartment and will book here again when next I travel to Auckland

Rooms are very small but the location is pretty convenient. There are supermarkets and a fine bakery near by. Overall, it wasn't bad.

This is not my 1st stay at Gracery Ginza but I kept come back everytime I visit Tokyo because the location is straregic, room is not so big but comfortable and very clean (no need to question that its Japan). Oveeall its great and awesome hotel
