Direct access to train station with escalators. It's very important for parents taking small kids and luggage Special thanks to the friendly concierge staff who answered many of our questions and gave us great recommendations for dinner.

Excellent location, room is small but clean and comfortable, and surprising quiet (considering it is in front of tram station and next to shopping arcade). Convenient store and fast food outlet on the ground floor of the hotel building.

Very small room, hard to move around. Not recommended for family, but if you a solo traveller may be good for you. No lift, you to have carry your luggage all the way up, but luggage can be left at the reception. Paddington Station is in walking distance

Arrived at 10pm, late check in. Got room 814, decent size. Chair and painting needs to refurbish / replace. Stayed for 5 days 4 nights. 2nd day was moved to unit 716 due to some leaking of the tub. Unit 716 is bigger and spacious. Sadly no view, just some
